"DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY"
Hola. You are probably curious to know a little bit more about me so here goes...........
I was born and raised in the UK and had been looking to move to a sunnier climate with a more relaxed way of life for some years. So once my Son was grown up we decided Spain was to be our new home and we decided to move to the Costa Blanca. I live with my Husband and our three beautiful cats, Gorgeous George, Poppy Poppet and Oscar Wild in the country just outside of a small village with beautiful mountain views. I love how peaceful and quiet it is yet we can walk to the village to bars and restaurants and it's only a short drive to the supermarkets and all other amenities.
13 years ago when I got married to my Mr Right, I organised every last detail of the wedding myself. Everyone said I should become a Wedding Planner. I decided instead to become a Wedding Officiant / Wedding Celebrant and I think it's the best job in the world.
I love weddings and being able to perform such an important role in a couple's special day brings me so much joy. People have asked me if I get nervous but in a previous life I spoke to groups of people all the time so it's not something that scares me, although I do get a bit nervous due to the magnitude of the event and it means everything to me to give every couple a really special wedding ceremony.
Of course moving to another country and leaving all your family and friends behind is a bit daunting but I totally embraced it and have made so many new lovely friends of all nationalities. I have been learning Spanish for a while, it's definitely coming along nicely and I am determined to become reasonably fluent but it just takes time and commitment, a bit like a relationship really!
Anyway, that's enough about me for now. I hope to hear from you soon, please get in touch.
