BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR THE CEREMONY CELEBRANT

Booking Process

 

To secure your ceremony date and time two things need to be completed:

1. Service Agreement

A Service Agreement will be prepared and signed, which is a contract for our services.

2. Booking Fee

Payment of a booking fee is required (see CEREMONY FEES page). Once the booking fee has been paid it is non-refundable.

The booking may be transferred to another date (there is an admin fee of £45) or time, if available. By completing the booking process you are agreeing to these terms. The outstanding balance is payable 2 months before the ceremony date.

Balance of the Fee

The outstanding balance of the fee (minus the booking fee) is payable at least 2 months before the ceremony date. None payment of the balance will result in suspension of all work, including officiating the ceremony on the booked date.

Insurance
 

We would always recommend you organise wedding Insurance to cover any circumstances which may lead to cancellation. Please make sure you have adequate medical and travel insurance when you travel to Spain for your wedding.
